Free Shipping

All orders (including sale and closeout items) over $49 USD qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

Orders under $49 USD will be charged $9.99 USD for shipping fee.

 

Premium Shipping

For better shipping timeliness, customers are able to update the Free Standard Shipping into Premium Shipping by paying extra $25 USD for postage difference.

 

Shipping Time

Please note that factors outside of our control (eg holiday congestion, weather events, health crises) may impact shipping times. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packing. Orders will be shipped out within 1 to 3 business days from the day of purchase.

Shipping Time of Standard Shipping:

USA: Between 12 - 25 working days average 

Canada: Between 12 - 30 working days average

Europe: Between 12 - 30 working days average

Australia: Between 12 - 30 working days average

All Others: Between 15 - 40 working days average

Shipping Time of Premium Shipping:

USA: Between 3 - 12 working days average 

Canada: Between 3 - 12 working days average

Europe: Between 3 - 12 working days average

Australia: Between 3 - 12 working days average

All Others: Between 5 - 15 working days average

 

The standard day of the standard refers to the working day, does not include the date of receipt, and does not include weekends and holidays. The actual delivery time is subject to the destination zip code. In the case of remote areas or suburbs, flight delays, customs clearance, etc., the transit time will be expected longer.

Delivery

Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen item after the package has been confirmed as delivered.

We are not liable for any losses incurred if the customer has provided any incorrect details for their order. Nailpopi also reserves the right to not issue a refund on orders never received due to the incorrect details being provided.  

 

Customs Duty

The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient’s country and any carrier-related fees. These fees can vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
